Taking into account our customer focus and process improvement, the entire scope of our activity is centered on the regulations pertaining to our business. Products are manufactured by approved companies certified under the ISO 9001 standard. Products sold in Europe must comply with the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), which is the primary EU legislation aimed at protecting human health and the environment from the risks that chemicals can pose. COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2020/878 of 18 June 2020 amending Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
Our products also fall under the scope of Law 7/2022, of April 8, on Waste and Contaminated Soils for a Circular Economy. Furthermore, it is worth noting the tax legislation applicable to the general sale and purchase of products in Spain.
