Omar Essam Samara is a Petrochemical Engineer with more than six years of experience spanning laboratory, industrial, and commercial fields. His professional background combines technical expertise in petrochemical and laboratory practices with hands-on experience in quality control, production, scientific instruments, chemicals, and technical sales.

Before joining MERYT, Omar worked as a Sales Engineer for scientific instruments and laboratory chemicals, where he developed strong experience in customer relations, business development, technical consultations, laboratory solutions, supplier coordination, and the installation and operation of laboratory equipment. He also gained industrial experience in production management and quality control within the manufacturing sector.

At MERYT, Omar works as a Petrochemical Industries Engineer, focusing on developing business opportunities and providing technical solutions for industrial customers, particularly in petrochemical and related industries. His role involves understanding customers’ technical requirements and supporting them with suitable catalysts, adsorbents, ion exchange resins, silica gel, and other specialty materials.
